The AI programme consists of Continental breakfast, breakfast (08:00-10:30, wholemeal products & on the spot cooking station), lunch (13:00-15:00, dishes prepared ?on the spot? & varied desserts) and dinner (18:00-19:30 or 20:00-21:30, dishes prepared ?on the spot?), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant.
