The hotel consists of 203 apartments and studios, renovated in summer 2005, all equipped with bathroom with bidet, hairdryer, telephone, central air conditioning, kitchenette, satellite TV, music channel, in-room safe (additional charge), large balcony, 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (except studios). The studios are combined with living room and bedroom. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Bed linen is changed twice a week.

Breakfast (served at the Hotel Riu Papayas) varied buffet with wholegrain products and on the spot cooking stations. Lunch includes light fares at the pool snack bar.
