The Poseidon Playa is a comfortable hotel on the seafront, 60 m from the Poniente beach and 850 m from the Elche Park and the historic centre of Benidorm in the Marina Baja region. The hotel was built in 1971, completely refurbished in 1999 and awarded with the Q for quality distinction.

All of the rooms are equipped with a full bathroom, terrace with sea views, a personalized electric locking system, direct dial telephone, central heating and satellite TV. Extra folding beds are available.

The Poseidon Playa has a café bar and dining room where guests can sample local produce and purchase drinks. There is also a restaurant with an open buffet service and special chefs evenings, specialised in traditional cuisine.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:15-10:15), lunch (12:45-15:15) and dinner (18:45-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals water, wine, soft drinks and beer are offered. Snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches and biscuits are available from 10:15-12:45, 15:15-18:45 & 21:30-24:00 at the bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, draught beer, liqueurs, cocktails, bottled fruit juices, coffee, tea, etc are served from 10:00-24:00 at the bar.

There is a wide range of sporting and entertainment activities available at the hotel in summer such as mini club activities, table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, swimming pool with panoramic views for adults and children surrounded by gardens and terraces with a bar, games room with internet access, pool table and disco.
