Islandia and Finlandia apartments, are residential buildings, next to each other. They are situated on Levante beach, 600 meters away from the beach, on Islandia Street.

Accommodation

All of the rooms, provide a hall with sofa-bed, kitchen, bedroom, complete toilet and terrace with some of the balconies glass fronted. For next winter 2006/2007 there will have microwave, toaster and kettle.

Food & Beverage

At the bottom of each complex, there is a private bar and a restaurant.

Facilities & Services

Islandia and Finlandia apartments provide a small community parking (there are no parking places for every apartment). Safety deposit boxes and TV availbale as optional extras (payable locally). Swimming pool open from 15/6 - 15/9.

Entry requirements

N.B. Clients must leave at reception, on arrival, a cash deposit of 150 euros per unit per stay (60 per winter). Please note that animals are not allowed.

Useful Information

Clients arriving in Benidorm between 10:00 - 13:30 & 16:00 - 19:30 hours Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 13:30 hours on Saturdays will collect apartment keys from the office of Fincas Arenas, situated in the San Francisco Apartments building. Outside these times, keys will be collected from hotel Madeira Centro. Please note check-in is at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00. A deposit is payable upon arrival.

Useful Information on Distances

Located 60 km from Alicante airport, 143 km from Murcia airport,152 km from Valencia airport, 30 meters away there is a chemist, a supermarket and some shops. The complex is 150 meters away from a bus stop and 250 meters away from a taxi stop. Quite close to an English bar area but in a quiet place in Levante beach in Benidorm.
