The Catalonia Majorica hotel was refurbished in 2000 and is located about a miles walk from the maritime promenade of Palma Bay and just in front of Club de Mar. Please note the walk from and to the Palma Bay Promenade has a steep hill making the hotel not suitable for people with walking difficulties. It is near the Porto Pi shopping centre and the Fundacio Joan Miro.

It has a total of 168 rooms, all of them with beautiful views, and most of them have a terrace. All rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, interactive satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, a direct telephone line, a mini bar and a complete bathroom with a hair dryer.
