This hotel is located 700m from the Poniente beach in a quiet residential area and close to the centre of Benidorm. Its situated on a slight slope and has two ways of reaching it, clients can either walk up a slight incline for approximately 300 meters or to the side of the hotel about 90 meters away there is a set of approximately 40 stairs and a ramp for pushchairs etc that lead directly down onto the main tourist area.

Accommodation

Rooms have complete bathroom, central heating, air-conditioning, telephone, safety deposit boxes (at a local charge) and optional satellite TV depending on season (a charge will apply in winter). All rooms are exterior and the majority have balconies. Please note the fourth bed can be a sofa bed or bunk beds.

Food & Beverage

Depending on the season, the hotel offers Half Board, Full Board and Full Board Plus (Full Board Plus includes wine and water with both lunch and dinner). The restaurant is a large self service buffet style for all meals. The hotel also offers a large bar, with seating in different areas, a lounge area, an entertainment area and a TV area. Vending machines can also be found in the bar, which opens onto the pool during the summer months.

All Inclusive Food & Drinks

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00-12:30, 16:00-19:00 and 21:30-23:30 at the bar-cafeteria.

Sports & Leisure

There is a large swimming pool with children section, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols. There is a pool table in the bar. Entertainment programme, children play area, mother-baby room for changing etc.

Facilities & Services

There is unisex hair-dresser and luggage room in reception area, self-service laundry room (with irons), and satellite TV room. There are four lifts and hairdryers can be got from reception for a small deposit.

Please note that there is some major building work going on opposite the hotel which will cause some inconvenience to guests. There is some noise and dust disturbance and at times the access is restricted during working hours. Works are estimated to be completed approx in Feb 09.
