We regret to advise you that Goldtrail Holidays ceased trading on Friday 16th July 2010 at 1830hrs.
If you still intend to travel you will need to make a new Flight Reservation. We strongly recommend you book this through one of our advisors on 0871 855 0712, on our website, or by emailing
goldtrail@olaholidays.com. Alternatively, if there are no suitable flights available, one of our staff would be happy to help you find an alternative destination.
Please note that you are protected by the CAA and therefore are entitled to claim a refund through the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in relation to your unfulfilled flight booking with Goldtrail Holidays.
Full instructions on how to make your claim via the CAA will be available from Monday 19th July 2010 and we will contact you with instructions of how to proceed thereafter.
If you have booked flights through another Agent please advise us via email on
goldtrail@olaholidays.com as soon as possible. This will enable us to amend any existing elements of your booking.
Clients in Resort
The CAA will be making arrangements to ensure customers booked with Goldtrail Holidays will be able to fly home as planned. Customers who are currently abroad should contact the CAA for more information on 0044 203 441 0846.
