You could not wish for a more family friendly resort than St George, which is a laid back and quiet resort hardly touched by tourism.

There really isn't much at St George to disturb your peace and quiet. Young children will adore the beaches which are very safe and child friendly. The crystal clear sea is warm and gentle, perfectly safe and ideal. There are some water sports available so if you feel like being energetic then you can be. The beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag for its cleanliness and facilities.

You will find a few souvenir shops that sell almost everything that you are likely to need for your holiday. You can browse and while away some hours just popping into the shops and looking for a holiday gift.

For evening entertainment, this is kept to the tavernas and restaurants and for something a little bit more lively you can find one or two bars which play music in the evenings. For anything more lively than this you should go to Kavos which is approximately 15 kilometres away.
